this new cracking furnace using propane as raw material will be connected to its steam cracking unit using naphtha as raw material. After eliminating the bottleneck of alkene production capacity, Lishui's annual ethylene production capacity will be increased from 1million tons to 1.2 million tons, while the annual propylene production capacity will be increased from 520000 tons to 620000 tons, which not only helps customers solve the environmental protection problems caused by wastewater discharge

S & P global Platts energy previously reported that the steam cracking unit will undergo scheduled maintenance from September 21 to October 31, and Lotte chemical plans to remove bottlenecks during this period

Lotte chemical has another steam cracking unit with naphtha as raw material in Dashan, which has the capacity of producing 1million tons of ethylene and 500000 tons of propylene per year. This year, Dashan steam cracking unit has no maintenance plan. The tensile testing machine belongs to the first project of precision measurement experimental instruments

after the completion of debottlenecking, the annual production capacity of ethylene and propylene of Lotte chemical will reach 2.2 million tons and 1.12 million tons respectively, becoming one of the largest petrochemical producers in South Korea
