Construction method of plastering works

(I) plastering works:

in order to ensure the quality of plastering works and avoid cracks, hollowing, ash explosion and other phenomena, the following practices and measures are taken:

1. The mortar mix proportion used in plastering works should meet the design requirements

2. All raw materials can be used only after passing the test in advance

3. The plastering grade of this project is carried out according to the high-grade plastering. During the construction, we strictly require and guide the construction according to the specifications and standards: square the internal and external corners, set the standard reinforcement, level, trim and press polish the surface in layers

4. The brick wall must be watered and moistened in advance before plastering

5. The mix proportion and consistency of plastering mortar can be used only after passing the inspection. Mortar mixed with cement or gypsum shall be used up before initial setting

6. When admixtures are used in mortar, their amount shall be determined by test

7. Plaster with lime paste, drench with block quicklime, and the aperture must not be greater than 3mm when drenching × 3mm sieve and store in the sedimentation tank. Ripening time: generally, it shall not be less than 15 days under Shenzhen temperature, and it shall not be less than 30 days when used for covering. When used, the lime paste shall not contain immature particles and other impurities

8. The external corners of indoor walls, columns and door edges should be made of 1:2.5 cement mortar, with a height of not less than 2m and a width of not less than 5cm on each side

9. The groove of the embedded line pipe on the wall shall be filled with 1:2 cement mortar mixed with 3% expansion agent, and the reserved hole on the wall shall be filled with C20 concrete mixed with 3% expansion agent, and the plastering shall be carried out after the iron wire is nailed

(II) plastering of outer wall base course:

1. Base course cleaning:

before plastering the bottom ash of the outer wall, clean the residual mortar, sawdust, loose concrete parts on the surface of the base course, and wet it with water

2. Filling the reserved hole in the outer wall:

(1) chisel out the residual mortar, loose concrete blocks, stones, etc. in the reserved hole, chisel the two outer sides into the bell mouth of the outer eight, and wash it with water

(2) paint a layer of water cement ratio of 0.4~ 0.5 cement paste mixed with 107 glue

(3) the formwork at both sides is filled with dry and hard concrete mixed with an appropriate amount of expansion agent and waterproof agent. Ensure that the water and gas circuits are dredged without leakage

3. Fill the screw holes in the outer wall:

(1) chisel both sides of the screw holes into outward flares, and cut off the casing inside

(2) fill the holes with 1:2 dry and hard cement mortar mixed with an appropriate amount of expansion agent and waterproof agent

(3) plug the PVC sleeve with round steel of corresponding diameter (wrapped with water stop tape) at both ends, which is about 5cm long

(4) seal the cutting surface of PVC casing with waterproof material, and then fill the bell mouth with cement mortar (mixed with an appropriate amount of expansion agent and waterproof agent)

4. According to the design requirements, the junction of shear wall and masonry shall be marked with 10 × 10. The next process can be carried out only after the chute is filled with waterproof ointment

5. Caulking and peripheral practice of window frame of external wall:

(1) the gap between door and window frame and wall should be protected, but it is not good at carrying out. The proposal type development certificate that develops new uses and added value by giving full play to the characteristics of materials is between 2.0 and 2.5cm. Caulking with silicone required by the design can be carried out only after the surrounding of the frame opening is washed clean

(2) the wear products of the outer wall windowsill are taken away by the lubricating oil, and the plastering is high inside and low outside, and the inner windowsill is 2cm higher than the outer windowsill

(3) see the illustration for the practice of windowsill and lintel

(4) strengthen the inspection of the quality of the aluminum alloy window itself. All joints and screw legs should be coated with glass glue, carefully closed, and eliminate the cracks that may lead to water seepage due to the low concentration of the industry

(5) after the completion of the above processes, conduct the flushing test. If leakage is found, rework in time until there is no leakage

6. In order to prevent cracking at the joint between concrete and masonry, 30cm wide iron wires (15cm long overlapping length of iron wires and each matrix) are hung at the junction of the concrete matrix of the outer wall and the brick wall

the plastering layer of the outer wall shall be firmly bonded to the base without delamination, hollowing, cracking, sand flooding and other phenomena
